To present a unified discussion of multileaf collimation that include tomotherapy and robotic radiosurgery delivery. To review clinical applications of MLC log file analysis for patient specific quality assurance as well as periodic MLC quality assurance. Assess whether technical improvements in MLC reliability and delivered dose reproducibility justify the replacement of patient QA with robust MLC QA and in vivo dosimetry.
