Working Group on MPPG 21: Multi-leaf Collimator Commissioning, Modeling, and Quality Assurance for IMRT Delivery (MPPG21) AAPM Members, Affiliates and Non-Member Affiliates - Login for access to additional information Activities 1. Construct and perform the FMEA analysis to determine risk factors in clinical setups. 2. Based on the FMEA type analysis findings, a set of minimum guidance for commissioning and QA tests of the MLC will be provided for different MLC types for C-arm and ring-gantry linacs. 3. Provide minimum guidance on the workflow for translating MLC calibration to TPS tuning and identify corresponding limitations. 4.
