COVID-19 Risk Management Guidelines for Group Meetings at AAPM Headquarters
All participants of meetings hosted at AAPM HQ are expected to abide by these guidelines to help ensure a safe and healthy meeting environment:
- All participants must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 at least 14-days prior to attending a meeting.
- Masks must be worn at all times unless you are actively eating, drinking, or working alone.
- All participants are asked to make a reasonable effort to social distance (at least 3 ft.) from others.
- Please follow all posted signage and HQ team guidance when moving around HQ.
Note the following space limitations/max capacities per room:
- Executive Conference Room (Floor 2): 8 persons
- Café (Floor 2): 12 persons
- Belle Haven (Floor 3): 4 persons
- Potomac Yards (Floor 4): 6 persons
- Rosemont (Floor 4): 4 persons
Additional Information:
- The HQ HVAC infrastructure has been upgraded with technology to reduce certain viruses and bacteria in the air, including SARS-CoV-2.
- Sanitization stations, disposable masks and face shields, and single serve dishes and utensils will be provided throughout all meetings.

Several major interstates and state highways service the area. Please be
mindful of the time of day you choose to leave, as frequent congestion occurs. Limited metered parking is
available along Prince Street (3-hour max); the rate is US$1.75/hour and can be paid via coin or credit card
