Thursday, January 30
Guests arrive.
6:30 PM	Dinner at Bistro Sancerre, 1725 Duke Street
Friday, January 31
The rate secured by AAPM includes a freshly prepared breakfast with hot and cold items at the hotel. Coffee and tea will be available at AAPM HQ. Breakfast will not be served at AAPM HQ.
8:00 AM - Noon	Administrative Council Retreat	Large Conference Room, AAPM HQ

6:30 PM	Meet in the hotel lobby at 6:10pm to walk to dinner at Vaso's Mediterranean Bistro, 1118 King Street
Saturday, February 1

12:00 PM	Grab-and-Go Lunch. Guests depart for the airport.

Travel from Reagan National Airport (DCA)
If you are comfortable with mass transit, take the blue or yellow line to the King Street station which is 2 stops from Reagan National (DCA). Depending on the time of day, transit time is approximately 10 minutes and the cost is ~$3. The AAPM Headquarters Office is located on 1631 Prince Street in Alexandria, VA [map].

Otherwise, a cab or Uber ride is approximately 18 minutes or more, depending on traffic.

Travel by Train

If you are traveling by train, the closest stop is the Alexandria station on Amtrak. The station is a six minute walk (.3 mile) to 1631 Prince Street.

The AAPM Headquarters Office is located on 1631 Prince Street in Alexandria, VA [map]. The Embassy Suites Old Town is a 5-minute walk from AAPM Headquarters. You may self park in the hotel parking lot for $35/day. This is a reimbursable expense.
