Monday, August 17
Guests arrive
6:30pm	dinner at Gibson's Steak House

Tuesday, August 18 - Meeting and meals take place in the Duet Room, Mezzanine Level
8:00am	Full Buffet Breakfast
8:30am - 5:00pm	Imaging Physics Committee meets
Noon - 1:00pm	Working Lunch
6:30pm	informal dinner at BC Bistro (not mandatory)

Closest Airport: Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is 2 miles from the hotel. The hotel offers complimentary O'Hare airport shuttle from 4am-12am every 30 minutes and picks up at the Hotel/Bus Shuttle Center Door #3.
