Activities
  1. Provide an overview of the current availability of activity standards for approved and emerging diagnostic, therapeutic, and theranostic (combined diagnostic and therapeutic) radiopharmaceuticals.
  2. Provide guidelines, techniques and recommendations for accurate activity quantification (dose calibrators, imaging modalities) in the clinic including standards, calibrations, and QA.
  3. Discuss current approaches, challenges and opportunities related to establishing and maintaining measurement traceability in the clinic.
  4. Address uncertainties related to clinical activity measurements with dose calibrators and identify quality management and control processes to reduce these uncertainties.
  5. Define role and responsibilities of physicists for ensuring accurate measurements of administered activity.
