Activities | - Research and create requirements for IC intake form
- Centralized Intake for incoming IC requests
- Allow requestor to pick request type based on IC committee scope/charter for adhoc requests
- Allow easy addition of specific IC committee offerings/programs to allow requests for those
- Database backend to store all requests for triage and tracking
- Design routing process for requests based on type, based on requests needing approval and also allow for assignment of resources (financial or human) and tracking requests through completion.
- Collaborate with the Equipment Donation Program team who has an intake form.
- Develop a draft design for intake form for review by IC
- Work with AAPM IT staff to implement and design reports/dashboards for tracking
