Activities
The primary charge of this working group is to coordinate and promote the creation of the necessary technical infrastructure to facilitate adoption of the recommendations and/or methodologies proposed in newly produced or revised AAPM Task Group Reports by IPC, as appropriate. Such technical infrastructure could include, but not be limited to, DICOM objects, IEC standards, etc. In addition, WGATG will work with industry vendors, through AdvaMed, for incorporation of the tools necessary in imaging equipment for such adoption.
 
The WGATG will coordinate with PC, through SPC, PICR, IPAS, and MPPGAWG, as appropriate, to promote the adoption of TG Report recommendations by ACR, IAC, JC, CRCPD, IAEA, and other bodies.
