  2. Describe clinical resources, staffing, tools, skills, and necessary training for the implementation of an MR-guided online adaptive RT program.
  3. Provide recommendations for acceptance, commissioning, and quality assurance for an MR-guided online adaptive RT program with recommended frequency and action levels.
  4. Provide recommendations for clinical implementation of MR-guided online adaptive RT.
  5. Provide best practices for adaptive treatment planning, including MRI-only and robust planning approaches, and disease site-specific considerations for MR-guided online adaptive RT.
  6. Provide guidance on patient positioning, imaging, localization, segmentation, electron density propagation, treatment planning, plan quality review, and quality assurance considerations for MR-guided online adaptive workflow.
