  • To extend GRSIC activities to Early Career Researchers (ECRs) to drive sustainable next-generation medical physicists committed to advancing global research and scientific innovation.
  • To collaborate with other GRSIC units to champion early career research initiatives, including mentorship activities and showcasing emerging talents such as Global Rising Stars (GRS).
  • To foster a dynamic international network of ECRs to facilitate global connectivity through organizing accessible activities for scientific dissemination, discussion, and collaboration.
  • Early Career Researchers (ECRs) include, but are not limited to: graduate students, residents, postdoctoral fellows actively engaged in research within the first 5-years of independent positions (i.e., 5-years from completing graduate studies, postdoctoral fellowship, or residency).
