Emergency building repairs to keep the headquarters office properly functioning costing between $20,000 and $500,000 in between board meetings can be approved by the Executive Director and Treasurer in writing. Once approved headquarters staff are authorized to initiate the transfer from operating reserves.

The transfer from operating reserves will be communicated to members of EXCOM, FINCOM and Investment Advisory as quickly as possible and will be shared with the board at the next board meeting.

Emergency building repairs to keep the headquarters office properly functioning including the repairs to:

  • HVAC systems
  • Plumbing
  • Electrical systems and components
  • Windows
  • Elevator
  • Technology systems
  • Roofing
  • Other major components not listed above
