AAPM recognizes that participation of state regulatory staff at AAPM's Annual and Spring Clinical meetings (Meetings) is important to both AAPM and state regulatory agencies. Therefore: AAPM will make available a number of registrations at a complimentary rate for state regulators in the regions where the Meetings are being held. The number to be offered will be determined during the budgeting process for the specific meeting and will be done in consultation with AAPM's Government and Regulatory Affairs Committee and CRCPD Sub-committee. AAPM Education Review courses held in conjunction with the Meetings may similarly make available registrations at a reduced rate for state regulators in the region of the specific meeting.
