Implementation Note:
This version of the policy was approved by the Executive Committee, Administrative Council, and Meeting Coordination Committee in Q1 2026. Due to budget constraints, these changes will take effect beginning with the 2027 meeting cycle. AP 53-C remains in effect for the 2026 meetings and can be viewed here.

AAPM will provide the following food and beverage for group participants:

  • Annual Meeting
    • Saturday - Coffee Breaks 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
    • Saturday - Box lunch from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm
  • RSNA Meeting
  • No Food and Beverage provided at RSNA
  • Spring Clinical Meeting
    • Any group meeting food request held during the Spring Clinical must be an approved item in the group's budget.
