For in-person Board meetings other than the one associated with the AAPM Annual Meeting, all members of the Board will be reimbursed (in accordance with policy AP-89) for travel to the venue and up to 2 nights hotel accommodation (specifically, the night before the day of the meeting and/or the night of the meeting). Board members will not be reimbursed for travel to a Board meeting held in conjunction with the AAPM Annual Meeting; exceptions will be made for Board members who travel solely to attend the Board meeting (travel to the venue and up to 2 nights hotel accommodation as per above).

AAPM does not pay for attendance at the following Annual meetings, AAPM, RSNA, ASTRO, HPS, or other meetings that the Liaison would normally attend because of professional interest in the organization having the meeting.
