Policy text
The staff bonus plan rewards staff for successful results in the current fiscal year. All staff are eligible for this plan except the Executive Director. Before year end, the Executive Director will meet with the Executive Committee and review progress on strategic plan goals and overall financial performance of the association. The Executive Committee may approve a bonus pool up to 1.5% of gross salaries. The Executive Director awards bonuses to staff from the pool based on individual performance and other relevant factors.
