Policy text
The International Council recommends that EXCOM create a policy to allow the Global Representatives Subcommittee (GRSC) to grant up to 50 dues waivers per dues year for those members living in low-middle or low-income countries (those in C/D membership subcategories). GRSC shall devise the rules of the program and participants will be required to reapply yearly for a waiver. This program shall be called the "Global Access Waiver Program (GAWP)".
