All award money in the form of grants, fellowships, or scholarships, and student travel will be paid to an institution rather than an individual unless there is a written direction from the institution otherwise.
Any institution receiving award money from AAPM may not budget any of that money to Facilities and Administrative Costs (indirect or overhead expenses). The AAPM requires documentation showing compliance of the institution with the policy on Facilities and Administrative Costs. All AAPM awards require an annual financial report and progress report. |
