As a community dedicated to improving health through medical physics, the American Association of Physicists in Medicine (AAPM) remains steadfast in promoting a healthcare environment that is guided by ethical values, integrity, and a commitment to the well-being of all people irrespective of external circumstances. AAPM supports the principles of freedom, respect, equality, and dignity for all individuals, and believes that each person should have their basic human needs met. We oppose actions violating those principles or inhibiting access to safe and appropriate healthcare. AAPM offers unwavering support to those who are directly or indirectly impacted by conflicts or adverse events. |
