Unless otherwise indicated, complimentary registration includes the ability to earn MPCEC, access to on-demand content from the meeting and social events. Meeting support is provided to the following individuals because their participation is critical to the successful execution of the Spring Clinical Meeting. Hotel accommodations as noted are up to four (4) nights maximum starting Friday to Tuesday. President – Hotel room, transportation, and meals, with expenses budgeted under EXCOM. Registration complimentary. President-Elect– Hotel room, transportation, and meal, with expenses budgeted under EXCOM. Registration complimentary. Chair of the Board– Hotel room, transportation, and meals, with expenses budgeted under EXCOM. Registration complimentary Secretary - Hotel room, transportation, and meals, with expenses budgeted under EXCOM. Registration complimentary. Treasurer- Hotel room, transportation, and meals, with expenses budgeted under EXCOM. Registration complimentary. Spring Clinical Meeting Subcommittee Chair and Vice Chair- Hotel room paid, with expenses budgeted under Spring Clinical. Registration complimentary. Spring Clinical Meeting Track Organizers (4)- Hotel room paid, with expenses budgeted under Spring Clinical. Registration complimentary Spring Clinical Meeting Track Co-Organizers (4)- Registration complimentary. Technical Exhibit Subcommittee Chair: Hotel room paid, with expenses budgeted under Spring Clinical. Registration complimentary. Technical Exhibit Subcommittee Vice-Chair: Registration complimentary. JACMP Editor-in-Chief and Editors (per contract) - Transportation and reimbursement for two nights' hotel and two days' meals, with expenses budgeted under Publications Budget. Registration complimentary. Invited Speakers (AAPM Members)- AAPM Members may be provided a complimentary registration that includes access to in-person sessions and technical exhibits for the day of their presentation only. The registration will not include the ability to earn MPCEC or access to the on-demand content from the meeting. May purchase social tickets. Invited Speakers (AAPM Members with extenuating circumstances) - The program directors, with approval from the MCC Chair, may offer an honorarium for up to 2 AAPM Member Invited Speakers who would not normally attend the Spring Clinical Meeting and whose participation is critical to the program. The amount of the Honoria will be determined during the budget process, with 3 levels of support based on the speakers’ location: - Local speaker within a 50-mile radius of the meeting site; - Domestic speaker; and, -International speaker. Registration complimentary. Invited Speakers (non-AAPM members) – Registration complimentary. An Honorarium will be provided to support travel expenses. The amount of the Honoria will be determined during the budget process, with 3 levels of support based on the speakers’ location: - Local speaker within a 50-mile radius of the meeting site; - Domestic speaker; and, -International speaker.
