Student, Resident, Junior, and Postdoctoral Fellow Registration

In order to qualify for Student, Resident, or Junior registration fees, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  1. Be a current Student, Resident, or Junior Member of the AAPM
  2. Be a non-member full-time student and provide a letter from your Program Director that includes the name of the program, the name of your institution and its address, phone, and e-mail of the program director, the type of degree that you expect to receive, and your start date and expected end date of study. Failure to provide this letter will render your registration incomplete.
  3. Be a non-member resident and provide a letter from your Program Director that includes institution name and address, phone and e-mail of the program director, area of specialization (e.g., Radiation Oncology Physics, Diagnostic Imaging Physics, Radiation Oncology, etc.), and your start date and expected completion date. Failure to provide this letter will render your registration incomplete.
  4. Be a non-member Postdoctoral Fellow and provide a letter from your supervisor that includes institution name and address, phone and e-mail of your supervisor, area of specialization (e.g., Radiation Oncology Physics, Diagnostic Imaging Physics, Nuclear Medicine, etc.), and your start date and expected completion date. Failure to provide this letter will render your registration incomplete.
