Policy text
Stated (Public) Policy: Refunds will be given if written or electronic notification is received on or before the published refund deadline (approximately 3 weeks prior to the meeting). No refunds will be given after the published deadline. In extenuating circumstances an exception to the cancellation policy may be granted by the Executive Director. A full refund will be given, less the administrative fee.
