In 2013 AAPM and ACR collaborated to establish a Practice Guideline on this issue. During the development of the collaborative Practice Guideline, AAPM Professional Policy 3 was used as a basis for this document. It was agreed that the ACR‐AAPM Practice Guideline on the Expert Witness in Medical Physics would replace PP 3 once approved. This collaborative Practice Guideline will be reviewed every five years.
It is the policy of the AAPM that AAPM members comply with the ACR-AAPM Practice Guideline On The Expert Witness in Medical Physics. |
