Student and Resident Registration

In order to qualify for Student or Resident registration fees, you must meet one of the following criteria:

  1. Be a current Student or Resident Member of the AAPM
  2. Be a full-time student and provide a letter from your Program Director that includes: the name of the program, the name of your institution and its address, phone, and e-mail of the program director, the type of degree that you expect to receive, your start date and expected end date of study. Failure to provide this letter will render your registration incomplete.
  3. Be a resident and provide a letter from your Program Director that includes: institution name and address, phone, fax & e-mail of the program director and area of specialization (e.g., Radiation Oncology Physics, Radiation Oncology, etc.), start date and intended completion date. Failure to provide this letter will render your registration incomplete.
