1. President - A two bedroom suite is provided by the hotel outside of the normal complimentary room quota. Transportation, registration fees, social program (with events), meals, and bar set-up paid for President and Companion.
2. President-Elect - A one-bedroom suite is provided by the hotel outside of the normal complimentary room quota. Registration fees and social events will be paid for companion and President-Elect. Meals and transportation will be paid for President-Elect. 3. Chairman of the Board - Hotel room, transportation, registration fees, and meals paid. 4. Secretary - Hotel room, transportation, registration fees, and meals paid. 5. Treasurer - Hotel room, transportation, registration fees, and meals paid. 6. Memorial Lecturer and companion - Hotel room, transportation, registration fees (with events), and meals paid. 7. Family of Memorialized Party (spouse and dependent children) - Hotel room, transportation, registration fees (with events), and meals paid. 8. Coolidge Awardee and Companion - Hotel room (upgraded), transportation, registration fees, social program (with events), and meals paid. 9. Editor of Medical Physics - Hotel room and registration fees paid. 10. Scientific Program Director - Hotel room and registration fees paid. 11. Scientific Program Co-Director - Hotel room and registration fees paid. 12. Education Program Director - Hotel room and registration fees paid. 13. Education Program Co-Director - Hotel room and registration fees paid. 14. Invited Symposia Speakers (non-AAPM members) - Hotel room, transportation, and registration fees paid. 15. Executive Director - A one-bedroom suite is provided by the hotel outside of the normal complimentary room quota. Transportation and meals paid. 16. Headquarters Staff - Transportation, hotel room, and meals paid. 17. LAC Chair [and Co-Chair] - Hotel room, registration fees, and social program (with events) paid for Chairs and Companions. 18. LAC - At the discretion of the LAC Chair, approximately 5 member registrations or complimentary rooms, and approximately 3 companion registrations with social program (and events) paid. These individuals must be identified by the LAC Chair, and approved by the Chair, Annual Meeting Coordination Committee, prior to the early registration deadline. Headquarters should, if possible, negotiate up to 15 rooms at 50% off the convention rate for use by staff and speakers. |
