Poster Preparation
ePoster Presentations
- Submitter will receive an email with detailed instructions and a link from Multieposter on April 24, 2017 to upload thier poster file.
- Once your file is processed you will receive an email notification to review your ePoster.
- For technichal assistance with the preparation and/or formatting please contact Multieposter.
General Poster Presentations
- Poster Display Dimensions: 4 feet wide by 4 feet high display (44" x 44" usable surface)
- Poster material should be printed on presentation board or stiff paper.
- Posters are increasingly taking the center stage in many scientific conferences. Think "quality" when you put your poster together. A poorly and haphazardly put together poster reflects negatively on the authors and the institution they are from.
- The text should be large enough such that it would be readily readable at a distance of 5 feet from the poster. The text should be double spaced and not smaller than 16-points.
- Note that sans-serif fonts (e.g., Arial, Helvetica) are easier to read than serif fonts (e.g., Times Roman)
- Organize the material in a sequential columnar (top-to-bottom/left-to-right) format as opposed to a row-wise format (left-to-right/top-to-bottom). This would make it easier for multiple people to read the poster at the same time.
- For General Poster discussions, be prepared to interact with any interested attendees.

- A Provost will moderate these Campuses.

- Authors will be required to be present at the designated time of the Campus ePoster session in order to interact with attendees.

General Poster Presentations
General Posters will be displayed in Exhibit Hall C of the Colorado Convention Center.
General Poster displays should be mounted and removed during the designated times listed below. The posters will be displayed beginning Sunday at 12:30 pm - Wednesday at 12:15 pm. If you cannot attend the entire meeting, please make arrangements for collaborators or colleagues to mount the poster prior to 12:00 pm Sunday and take it down on Wednesday.
Any displays remaining after the designated removal time will be available at our General Poster Pick-Up Counter located in Lobby B on Wednesday at 5:00 pm thru the end of the meeting on Thursday.
Authors will be required to be present at their poster display during the designated time of their assigned session in order to interact with attendees.
Push pins will be provided in the poster session area of the Exhibit Hall.
(PLEASE NOTE: Velcro will NOT adhere to the display boards that will be provided at the meeting. Please make adjustments to your design in order to use push pins for mounting the poster to the board.)

General ePoster Discussions - General ePoster Area Floorplan
NEW and IMPROVED General ePoster Discussions - In addition to the moderated ePosters in the ePoster Theater, we will expand our ePoster capabilities and include ePoster stations throughout the lounge areas in the Exhibit Hall. General ePosters include a select group of high-scoring posters identified by the Program Directors to be of special interest to attendees of the scientific program. This is an alternative to the hardcopy general poster to allow the authors to present their general poster electronically at a large screen display, dedicated to only their poster during a specifically assigned 30-minute timeslot. These General ePoster presentations will occur in the ePoster Theater and ePoster Lounges throughout the Exhibit Hall promoting lively discussion and scientific exchange.
