AAPM task group 262 was formed to develop recommendations for medical physicists in radiation oncology electronic charting. In this session members of TG262 will first discuss radiation oncology electronic charting in the context of a survey of AAPM membership in electronic charting practices conducted earlier this year. In addition to the TG262 related discussions, practical considerations in radiation oncology EMR (namely ARIA and MOSAIQ) integration with Epic EMR will be discussed.

Learning Objectives- review and discuss aspects of radiation oncology electronic charting in the following areas:
1. Implementation and QA of the radiation oncology electronic chart
2. Information Storage in the electronic chart
3. Workflow management in the electronic chart
4. IT considerations in the electronic chart
