Cancellation Policy
Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Friday, June 5, 2015. Please send your cancellation in writing to Rachel Smiroldo or fax to 301-209-0862. No refund will be given for cancellations received after June 5.
Check Payments
If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to AAPM. Please mail your check and the registrant's name and copy of registration document to:

Invoices: If you need an invoice prepared for your registration, please send your request to Janet. Please note that if you have registered at the early rate, we must receive payment on or before May 6, otherwise your registration will automatically change to reflect the late registration fee.

Registration desk in Loomis Hall, near housing check-in:
- Saturday, June 13: 5:00pm-8:00pm
Registration desk just outside the Armstrong Theater, where all sessions take place:
- Sunday, June 14: 8:00am-5:30pm
- Monday, June 15: 8:00am-5:30pm
- Tuesday, June 16: 8:00am-Noon
- Wednesday, June 17: 8:00am-5:00pm
- Thursday, June 18: 8:00am-Noon
