PLEASE NOTE!!! If you have registered
at the discounted rate and will be paying by check, your payment
must be received by AAPM no later than April 30, 2003. If we do
not receive your payment for the discounted registration fees
by April 30, your registration type will be changed to reflect
the non-discounted registration fee.

Registrations received before May 30th will be
confirmed via e-mail within hours of completing the registration
process. If you DO NOT receive an e-mail confirmation, please
contact AAPM by sending an e-mail to shantelle@aapm.org.
Fees for registration will be refunded in full
if written notice of cancellation is received by May 30. No refund
will be given for cancellations received after May 30. Please
send your written cancellation and refund request to Shantelle
Corado at shantelle@aapm.org
or fax your request to 301-209-0862 (Attn: Shantelle).

On Sunday, June, 22, Scientific registration will be available
in the lobby of Armstrong Hall beginning at 7:30 am.
