Angela R. Keyser, Executive Director
Contact Angela on any subject related to AAPM or to your professional needs.
Cecilia A. Hunter, Director, Finance and Administration
Cecilia oversees the Journal and Accounting Departments. Contact her for matters relating to financial reporting and budgets.
Lisa Rose Sullivan, Director, Meetings and Programs
Lisa oversees the Meetings Department and the staff involved in providing many of the membership services, including the On-Line Learning Center and the Awards and Honors program. Lisa also serves as the liaison to the Education Council.
Michael Woodward, Director, Information Services

Laurie Allen, Programs Assistant
Laurie assists with processes involved in planning the Association meetings, primarily program development and abstract submission processes.
Onasis Budisantoso, Applications Developer
Onasis is responsible for design and implementation of new and existing database programs.
Tammy Conquest, Applications Developer
Tammy is responsible for design and implementation of new and existing web-based applications.
Noel Crisman-Fillhart, Administrative Assistant
Noel provides administrative support to the volunteer leaders in support of the activities of the association. She also coordinates the AAPM E-News process.
Viv Dennis, Customer Service Representative
Viv answers the main phone line, handles general inquiries, and coordinates copyright requests. Councils and committees should contact Viv for assistance with setting up conference calls. She also assists with the Medical Physics journal.
Lynne Fairobent, Legislative and Regulatory Affairs Manager
Lynne assists AAPM in their interactions with Congress, federal agencies & other policy makers. Additionally, Lynne serves as the liaison to the Professional Council.
Corbi Foster, Meetings & Programs Manager
Corbi is responsible for the AAPM Spring Clinical Meeting and related association meetings.
Zailu Gao, Senior Applications Developer
Zailu is responsible for design and implementation of new and existing database programs.
Janet Harris, Accounting Assistant
Janet is responsible for processing and posting all of AAPM's daily cash receipts, including dues renewals. She also prepares checks and handles the creation and distribution of vendor invoices.
Jennifer Hudson, Membership Services Manager
Jennifer coordinates the membership application process and handles membership matters. She is also the contact for Corporate Affiliate questions.
Farhana Khan, Webmistress
Farhana is responsible for the AAPM website and any emails that you may receive from AAPM HQ. Feel free to contact her with any questions you may have regarding our website.
Melissa Liverpool, Accounting Manager
Melissa manages the accounting function for the Association, including monthly closing of the books of record, account reconciliation and journal entry adjustments. Contact Melissa with questions related to finance, such as dues payments or expense reimbursements.
Karen MacFarland, Meetings & Programs Manager
Karen is responsible for the AAPM Annual Meeting, Summer School and related association meetings. Additionally, Karen serves as the liaison to the Science Council.
Jacqueline Ogburn, Education Manager
Jackie is the main point of contact for questions regarding the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education Programs (CAMPEP) and the Accredited Dosimetry Calibration Laboratory Program. Jackie also provides support for the Online Continuing Education and Virtual Library e-learning programs.
Christopher Oronsaye, Controller
Chris serves as the Associationís chief financial officer and, as such, oversees all financial operations including preparation of the annual budget. Contact him for matters relating to financial reporting and budgets.
Lisa Schober, Senior Executive Assistant
Lisa provides support to the Executive Director, Executive Committee, Board of Directors and Committees. She serves as the liaison to AAPM chapters and Administrative Council. Lisa also maintains the AAPM Policy Manual, handles elections, and manages the headquarters office at various AAPM association meetings.
Penny Slattery, Journal Manager
Penny coordinates the processing of manuscripts for the Medical Physics Journal, and activities of the Associate Editors and Referees worldwide.
Rachel Smiroldo, Exhibits and Meetings Assistant
Rachel coordinates the exhibit processes and assists with registration for Association meetings. She also represents AAPM by staffing Association exhibit booth at physics-related meetings.
Nancy Vazquez, Programs Manager
Nancy manages the AAPM Awards and Honors Program and registration for association meetings. She also coordinates newsletter activities, including receipt of articles and document production.
Yan-Hong Xing, Database Administrator
