Objectives & Outline

Objectives:

• Develop foundations of exceptional leadership in key domains of Medical Physics discipline and practice
• Recognize the business expertise required for medical physics leadership
• Develop awareness and expertise in “soft skills” in managing people
• Understand the integration of leadership/management and medical physics in day-to-day practice
