If you book a room through another method, at a different rate, the hotel will need to convert your rate to the group rate upon arrival. Why? Because our group rate includes all meals. Eating together in a group is part of the Summer School experience.

When reserving a hotel room at the Westfields Marriott –
1. Select 1 room for 1 guest at the group rate of $240.14 + tax
This rate covers the room and the food and beverage for one meeting attendee. Companions’ meals are not included.
2. Under “Additional Requests”, please indicate the number of companions in the room, and indicate your preference for a king or (2) queen beds.
Companions may pay to eat at the hotel outlets (Wellington’s Restaurant and Room Service).
Meeting attendees must wear their badges into the Fairfax Dining Room. Should your companion wish to join the meeting attendees in the dining room, a check will be presented by a hotel employee for the meal as follows:
-Breakfast: $19.50 + tax and service charge
-Lunch: $25.00 + tax and service charge
-Dinner: $38.00 + tax and service charge
Rate includes breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Fairfax Dining Room as well as access to the fitness facilities, including the tennis court and pool. |
