January 20	Abstract Submission System Opens To begin the submission process, first review the Instructions to Authors information.
March 10 8:00 PM Eastern (5:00 PM Pacific)	Abstract Submission DEADLINE Deadline for receipt of 300 word abstracts and supporting data. This deadline recognizes other conference schedules that have conflicted in the past and has been extended accordingly. There will be NO EXTENSION OF THIS DEADLINE. Authors must submit their abstracts by this time to be considered for review.
March 23	Meeting Registration and Housing Information available online
By April 18	Authors notified of presentation disposition
By May 10	Meeting Program available online
June 22	Deadline to receive early registration fees
July 6	Housing reservation deadline Deadline to cancel housing reservation without a $25 cancellation fee
July 6	Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by July 6, 2016

Metrorail Disruptions

Although AAPM convention hotels are within walking distance of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, we understand DC Metrorail disruptions may cause problems for attendees planning to take metro from the Reagan National Airport (DCA) or Amtrak (Union Station). Please refer to this schedule before traveling to the meeting.
