Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Friday, June 7, 2013. Please send your cancellation in writing to Rachel Smiroldo or fax to 301-209-0862. No refund will be given for cancellations received after June 7.
If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to AAPM. Please mail your check and the registrant's name and copy of registration document to:

Registration desk just outside the Armstrong Theater, where all sessions take place:
- Sunday, June 16: 7:15am-5:00pm
- Monday, June 17: 7:30am-5:15pm
- Tuesday, June 18: 7:30am-Noon
- Wednesday, June 19: 7:30am-5:15pm
- Thursday, June 20: 7:30am-5:00pm
