Meals/Breaks Included in Registration Fees
Included with most registration categories:
- Morning and afternoon breaks in the Exhibit Hall.
- Lunch Service on Sunday and Monday outside in the West Courtyard.
- PLEASE NOTE: The Exhibit Hall will close for lunch on Sunday and Monday from Noon - 1:30 to allow attendees and exhibitors to eat lunch together.

Welcome Reception Tickets

Tickets: $60 each
The Welcome Reception is a great opportunity to mingle with your fellow colleagues and visit with the vendors. Each ticket includes one drink ticket which can be exchanged for a beer or glass of wine. Light Hors d'oevres will be served.
Please note! Before you purchase a ticket for the Welcome Reception, please make sure that it is not included with your registration type and fee. Tickets may also be purchased on site at the Registration counter at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort Hotel if still available.
Student Registration Requirements
If you are not an AAPM Student Member, in order to qualify for this registration type, you must fax a letter from your Program Director that includes:
- the name of the program
- the name of the institution & its address
- phone, fax & e-mail of the program director
- type of degree that you expect to receive
- your start date and expected end date of study
Failure to fax this letter will render your registration incomplete.

Resident Registration Requirements
If you are not an AAPM Resident Member, in order to qualify for this registration type, you must fax a letter from your Program Director that includes:
- the name of the institution and its address
- phone, fax & e-mail of the program director
- area of specialization (e.g., Radiation Oncology Physics, Radiation Oncology, etc.)
- start date and intended completion date
Failure to fax this letter will render your registration incomplete.
