Cancellation Policy

Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Wednesday, July 13, 2011. Please send your cancellation in writing to Nancy Vazquez or fax to 301-209-0862. No refund will be given for cancellations received after July 13, 2011.

If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to AAPM. Please mail your check and the registrant's name and copy of registration document to:

On-site Registration Days and Hours

Housing and Registration Check-In:
Residence Admin Building A1001
Thursday, August 4: 6:00pm-9:00pm
If you arrive after 11:00pm, please contact the Guest Accommodations Staff using the on-call access phone located outside the Residence Office.

AAPM staff are available to assist you during the following hours at the registration desk just outside the Images Theatre in Robert C. Brown Hall.
