Check Payment Information
If you have registered and are paying by check, your registration is not considered complete until we receive full payment. Please send your check and the registrant's name and copy of registration document to:

In order to qualify for the Early Registration category, your check payment MUST be received prior to MAY 19, 2010. If we do not receive your full payment by MAY 19, your registration category will be changed to reflect the LATE Registration category and additional payment will be necessary.
Cancellation Policy
Registration fees will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Wednesday, June 9, 2010. Please send your cancellation in writing to Kathleen Dwyer or fax to 301-209-0862. No refund will be given for cancellations received after June 9, 2010.
