Cancellations

Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by July 15, 2009.
No refund will be given for cancellations received after July 15.
Please send your written cancellation and refund request to Hadijah Kagolo at hadijah@aapm.org or fax your request to 301-209-0862 (Attn: Hadijah).

Check Payments

If you have registered at the discounted rate and are paying by check, your payment must be received no later than June 10, 2009 (11:59 PM EST). If we do not receive your payment for the discounted registration fees by June 10, your registration type will be changed to reflect the non-discounted registration fee.

MOC/SAMs SELF ASSESSMENT MODULES

Virtual Library Presentations - DVD ROM Sales

Exhibit Hall – Level One

AAPM has partnered with Blue Sky Broadcast to host AAPM educational courses on the AAPM website via the AAPM Virtual Library. Selected presentations given at the Annual Meeting will be captured for posting. The posted presentations will include streaming audio of the speakers, transcription of the audio presentations, and slides of the presentations.
