Confirmations
The Greater Pittsburgh CVB Housing Bureau will send you an acknowledgment. Please review it carefully for accuracy. If you do not receive an acknowledgment via e-mail, fax or mail within 14 days after your request, please contact the Greater Pittsburgh Housing Bureau directly at housing@gpcvb.org. You may also call 412-281-0482 ext 4007. Reservations cannot be made over the phone, but please email or call if you have questions regarding your reservation.

Deadline
In order to take advantage of the special AAPM meeting rates, be sure to book your reservation by Wednesday, June 23, 2004. After that date, AAPM room blocks will be released for general sale and rates may be significantly higher.

Check Payments
All check payments must be received by June 23 to allow time for payment processing.

Changes, Cancellations, Refunds
Changes and cancellations must be made through the Greater Pittsburgh Housing Bureau by date July 15. Continue to use the GPCVB Housing Bureau for all changes and cancellations up until July 15 by email at housing@gpcvb.org. Please do not contact the hotels directly until after July 15, as they cannot reference your reservation information until after that date.
