The 2004 AAPM Annual Meeting has been approved for continuing education
credit by the Commission on Accreditation of Medical Physics Education
Programs, Inc. (CAMPEP). For each hour of verified attendance (this
includes scientific sessions, poster discussion sessions, symposia,
professional and educational courses), 1 MPCEC hour of credit will be
awarded.
To obtain credit, attendees must complete a "Session Evaluation
Booklet" and drop the booklets in the Evaluation Form Drop Box,
located in the registration area. Look for the booklet in your registration
packet. CREDITS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED TO THOSE ATTENDEES WHO RETURN AN
EVALUATION BOOKLET. After the meeting, registrants will be sent a transcript
that lists a description of the sessions and the number of continuing
education credits obtained.
The 2004 AAPM Annual Meeting has been approved for 153.50 credits by
the Medical Dosimetrist Certification Board. For every hour of approved
sessions, 1 MDCB hour of credit will be awarded. Medical Dosimetrists
should complete a session evaluation booklet and turn it in before leaving
the meeting. Following the meeting, you will receive a transcript which
will include a description of the sessions and the number of MDCB continuing
education credits obtained.
AAPM has selected Travel Destinations
Management Group as the official event travel service for the 2004 Annual
Meeting.

AAPM's 46th Annual Meeting. Room 308 in the David L. Lawrence Convention
Center will be open on the following days and hours:

Wednesday, 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Child Care
The AAPM will not be sponsoring childcare during this meeting.
The concierge at your hotel may be able to assist you with special child
