The Companions' Hospitality Suite is open to registered companions of the AAPM's 44th Annual Meeting and is located in Room 510 A/C of the Palais des Congrès de Montréal. The Hospitality Suite will be open on the following days and hours:

Saturday - 12:00 Noon - 5:00 PM
Sunday - Tuesday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday - 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

The AAPM will not be sponsoring childcare during this meeting. The concierge at your hotel may be able to assist you with special childcare arrangements.

New in 2002! AAPM will not be hosting an official function on Sunday evening. Instead, plan to join your colleagues during the 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM beer and refreshment break in the exhibit hall.

The American Association of Physicists in Medicine will honor AAPM award winners during a ceremony followed by a wine and cheese reception on Monday, July 15 from 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM at the Fairmont the Queen Elizabeth Hotel.
