Beware of Housing 'Poachers'

Orchid Event Solutions, LLC is the ONLY AAPM-designated housing provider for our Meeting.  If you are approached by any company other than Orchid Event Solutions, LLC regarding hotel rooms in Anaheim, please be aware that they have no relationship with AAPM. You put yourself at financial risk if you provide them your credit card information.  Hotel reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served, space available basis.

Deposit

All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee for one night’s room & tax for each room reserved. 

Acknowledgments

Orchid Event Solutions will send reservation acknowledgements within 24 hours via email. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, contact Orchid Event Solutions by phone at 888-505-4486 (international number calls +1 801-505-4603) or by email at help@orchideventsolutions.com. Agents available 7:00am to 6:00pm Mountain Standard Time, Monday through Friday. You will not receive a written confirmation from the hotel.

Deadline

All reservations must be received by June 17, 2015, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates. 

Changes, Cancellations, Refunds

Cancellations received on or after June 17, 2015 will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours prior to the day of arrival will forfeit one night's room & tax. (Credit cards will only be charged if canceled within the penalty period). Early departures are subject to penalty fees set by the hotel. A charge of one night's room & tax will be applied if you do not cancel and you do not arrive (no-show).

Through July 1, 2015, send requests for changes and cancellations in writing to Orchid Event Solutions via e-mail (help@orchideventsolutions.com) or fax to 801-355-0250. After July 1, 2015, contact hotels directly to make changes and cancellations.

Exhibitors

To Block 5 or more sleeping rooms: Please use the Exhibitor Room Block Form - deadline has passed.  Require 5 or fewer sleeping rooms? You may prefer to make individual housing reservations using the link above.
