Objectives & Outline
Objectives:
- The course will give attendees an in-depth knowledge of current technologies used for SRS/SBRT treatments, including imaging and treatment planning.
- Attendees will be able to discuss the advantages and drawbacks of each technology as it applies to the program goals of their clinic.
- After completing this course, the attendee should gain sufficient depth and breadth of knowledge to implement a well-designed clinical program for SBRT/SRS, including the quality and safety aspects.
- Attendees will gain a better understanding of the radiobiology, dose-fractionation schemes, and treatment planning goals of SRS/SBRT.
