Invoices

If you will need an invoice prepared to pay for your registration, please send your request to janet@aapm.org Please note that if you have registered at the early rate, we must receive the payment on or before February 7th. Otherwise you registration will be automatically changed to reflect the late registration fee.

Cancellation Policy

Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Thursday, February 20, 2014. Please send your cancellation in writing to Rachel Smiroldo or fax to 301-209-0862. No refund will be given for cancellations received after February 20.

On-site Registration Days and Hours

Registration will be held in the Convention Lobby, near the session rooms in the Denver Marriott Tech Center. AAPM staff are available to assist you during the following hours:

Thursday, March 13: 5:00pm-8:00pm
Friday, March 14: 7:00am-5:30pm
