Members of the AAPM Board of Directors want to hear directly from the membership. What should AAPM be working on? How can the organization better serve you? Here's your chance to be heard. AAPM's President, Chairman of the Board and Treasurer will report on the status of the organization.

The AAPM Headquarters Office will be located in Rooms 201-202 on Level 2 of the J.W. Marriott.

NIGHT OUT EVENT – Jeans and Jerseys Night at Lucas Oil Stadium

Tuesday, August 6 · 6:30pm - 10:00pm
Check your registration bag for a map of food stations, bars and seating

Wear your favorite NFL team jersey! Even non-sports fans will get a visual thrill in this Superbowl venue.

On the field: Guests who prefer to be immersed in the full NFL experience will be directed by referees through on-field activities (punting, passing and kicking).

Off the field: Guests who prefer to sit and chat with colleagues will have plenty of seating above the field; all the action will be on the Jumbotron.

Guests need to pick up a wrist band and sign a waiver before accessing the field activities. Avoid lines at the event – stop by the AAPM registration desk during the following days/times to pick up your wrist band in advance.

Please note: Each adult Night Out ticket will include 1 drink ticket, good for beer or a glass of wine. Once your ticket is used, cash will be accepted. Non-alcoholic drinks will not require a ticket.

EXHIBIT HALL OPENS ON SUNDAY AT 12:30pm

Ice cream will be available in (4) break areas.

LUNCH BUNDLE VOUCHERS - GOOD ON MONDAY AND TUESDAY

All scientific registrants will receive (2) lunch vouchers redeemable for lunch 'bundles' in the exhibit hall -- one voucher is good for Monday, and one for Tuesday between 12:30am-2:00pm. Pick up a lunch in one of the 3 locations in the exhibit hall.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS /ONLINE EVALUATION SYSTEM

To obtain CAMPEP, SAM, MDCB or RLI credit, individuals MUST complete an on-line evaluation survey for sessions attended. Internet terminals will be available on-site for this purpose. You may also use your own laptop or phone to complete the evaluation. Please note you will require your badge I.D.  Those who prefer to track and evaluate on paper first may request a session tracker at the AAPM Service Center or Registration desk.
