Need to charge your phone or other electronic device? Charging stations will be located in the Capitol Avenue Lobby, and in the Exhibit Hall.
Companions Welcome Room
All registered companions are welcome! Stop by to chat with friends, meet with family members after sightseeing, or grab a cold drink. A hostess with knowledge of the local attractions will be available to address your questions and interests.

Please note: children ages 11 and under are not allowed into the exhibit hall or session rooms.
Child Care
No sponsored child care will be offered during this meeting. The concierge at your hotel may be able to assist you with special child care arrangements, or consider these options:
IUPUI Day Camp, held in the facilities of the IUPUI Sport Complex conveniently located in downtown Indianapolis. Swimming lessons in the world renowned Natatorium are part of the daily routine for each camper. Children are guided and cared for by trained counseling staff, certified in First Aid and CPR.

Downtown Indy Express Shuttle Service: The Go Green Airport Shuttle is the express Indianapolis Airport shuttle serving Downtown Indianapolis. The most popular stops serve Lucas Oil Stadium, The Convention Center, and The Marriott Complex (JW Marriott). The shuttle operates from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm 7 days a week. It’s just $10.00 one-way! Priority is given to online reservations. We strongly recommend you book a round trip reservation online so you won’t have to wait for the next bus! At the airport, Cash and Major Credit Cards are accepted but walkups may have to wait for the next shuttle.
