Cancellation Policy

Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by Monday, September 26, 2011. Please send your cancellation in writing to Nancy Vazquez or fax to 301-209-0862. No refund will be given for cancellations received after September 26, 2011.
