Cancellations

Fees for registration will be refunded in full if written notice of cancellation is received by July 9, 2010.
No refund will be given for cancellations received after July 9.
Please send your written cancellation and refund request to Kathleen Dwyer at kathleen@aapm.org or fax your request to 301-209-0862 (Attn: Kat).

Check Payments

If you have registered at the EARLY rate and are paying by check, your payment must be received no later than June 10, 2010 (11:59 PM EST). If we do not receive your payment for the early registration fees by June 10, your registration type will be changed to reflect the regular registration fee.
