You will not receive a confirmation from the hotel. Please wait until after July 14, 2008 to contact hotels directly to confirm.
Deadline
In order to take advantage of the special AAPM meeting rates, be sure to book your reservation by Wednesday, June 25, 2008. After that date, AAPM room blocks will be released for general sale and rates may be significantly higher.
Changes, Cancellations, Refunds
Reservations may be changed or cancelled via the web site or through The Housing Connection until July 3, 2008. Cancellations received on or after the cutoff date, June 18, 2008 will be assessed a $25.00 processing fee.
