Join AAPM in celebrating the 3rd annual International Day of Medical Physics on Saturday, Nov. 7. The International Organization for Medical Physics (IOMP) organizes this annual celebration, and this year’s theme is: “Better Medical Physics = Better Cancer Care in Radiation Oncology.”Obtain Materials
To start the conversation, AAPM has developed communications materials for you, our members, to raise awareness of the profession and draw attention to the vital role medical physicists play in patient care. Participate in the celebration by visiting AAPM’s website to obtain suggested social media posts and a copy of the IOMP poster. Both are available for download. Print and display the poster at your institution and use the social media posts to join the online conversation. Your active participation is greatly appreciated.
