Policy text
Survey requests must be supported by an AAPM entity and approved by the appropriate Council Chair or EXCOM. The draft survey must be included with the request with the target audience identified. In most instances, surveys should be circulated by AAPM HQ. When a situation requires that the surveyor circulate using AAPM data, a one-time use agreement is required. In reviewing the survey, EXCOM will: Review draft survey for bias in questions; Determine that target audience is appropriate; and, Consider possible overlap with other surveys or projects.
